6月16日，在沈阳举行的中国机器人TOP10峰会成立大会上，工业和信息化部副部长辛国斌发言指出，我国机器人产业已出现“高端产业低端化”的趋势，并有投资过剩的隐忧，机器人企业要避免盲目扩张和低水平重复建设。
