这样的情形导致了一些新的问题。对于美联储加息，我们的理解是，从经济基本面来看，并不支持联储在未来一个阶段加息，但美联储目前可能要考虑的问题并不仅仅限于经济基本面，非常重要的一个问题是美国的贫富差距问题。美国的贫富差距在布雷顿森林体系崩溃之后一直处在上升趋势，目前已经超过1929年大萧条之前的水平，这意味着什么？基于马克思主义经济学的经典理论，在一个劳动生产率无法大幅提升的背景下，资本会剥削劳动者创造的剩余价值，也就是在分配的过程中，劳动者创造的价值有一部分会被资本分走，马克思提出的理论解释了为什么资本主义会出现经济危机：因为价值也就是资金会不断的向资本所有者集中，对整个社会而言就会出现总需求不足，而产出就会过剩，于是出现危机。结合贫富差距的角度来考虑该问题，可以将资本主义的一个典型经济周期简单分为向上的繁荣期和向下的衰退期两个过程，实际上是贫富差距先拉大再缩小的过程。在经济上升的繁荣期，因为资本从劳动者创造的价值中赚走额外的一部分收益，所以这时资本家的收入增长快于劳动者的收入增长，这是贫富差距扩大的阶段。金融危机(或经济危机)是什么？是在衰退的过程中，几乎所有的资产价格都向下跌，持有资本的人会遭受额外的损失，这是平衡资本所有者和劳动者之间的贫富差距的一个重要机制。然而在过去的40年里，全球主要经济体面临金融危机通常的应对措施是央行放水。2008年危机之后，时任美联储主席的伯南克说过的一句话最赤裸裸：我要把资产价格打回到金融危机之前的水平。这也就意味着金融危机中资产价格下跌作为贫富差距的修正作用被中央银行抹掉了，于是美国贫富差距出现了巨大的上升。贫富差距为什么会影响美联储的货币政策？现在的美国大选中的特朗普现象，以及部分国家出现的极端主义思潮，从某种意义上而言，隐约是当年马克思所提到的：当无产者被剥削到一定程度之后就开始用脚投票。总体而言，从经济基本面出发，美国的货币政策不应收紧；但从政治稳定的角度出发，有可能出现的一种状态是，只要美国经济不太差，联储很可能要收紧货币政策。五湖四海赌博娱乐场
